It depends on how long it’s been since the home was last cleaned. Light is for regular maintenance, medium is for homes not cleaned in a month, extreme is for homes not cleaned in 2+ months, and move-in/out is for empty homes during transitions.
Yes, we bring everything we need to clean your home. If you have a specific product you’d like us to use, just let us know ahead of time.
No problem. You can reschedule or cancel through your confirmation email or by calling us—just make sure to give us at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. You can read our service term of services here
