If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. A $50.00 fee will apply for cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. This fee is 100% given to the employee to compensate for the loss of work. The full amount will be charged to the credit card on file for cancellations made at the door.
To confirm your booking, our system will place a hold on your account the day before your cleaning. Please ensure sufficient funds are available. If not, the system will automatically cancel the appointment, and you will be notified.
Your credit card on file will be charged after the cleaning is complete. If you're a repeat customer who has previously paid by check, please update your payment method in the online portal, as checks are no longer accepted.
If you are unsatisfied with your housekeeper(s), please call 972-256-6276, and we will send another team. Housekeepers are not “one size fits all.”
If the cleaning does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours. While our teams have years of experience, mistakes can happen. If the service is not up to both your and our standards, we 100% guarantee it and will return at a time convenient for you (ideally within a week) to resolve the issue. We want you to be happy, and it’s essential for our teams to correct any mistakes for accountability and improvement.
As required by the State of Texas, we charge 8.25% sales tax. This is a state-mandated tax.Our move-in/move-out cleaning service is perfect for those who are moving in or out of a home. Our professional cleaners will clean the entire home, ensuring that it is ready for the next occupant.
The housekeeper(s) need space to work freely. While we don’t mind if you’re home, distractions may affect their ability to complete tasks efficiently.
If for any reason a housekeeper feels their personal safety is at risk, the customer will remain liable for the full cost of the job, even if the housekeeper must leave the premises.
We do not clean feces (human or animal). If your home has such issues, please disclose this to us, and we will determine if we can help.
Love My Clean House LLC and the housekeeper(s) assume no liability for damage or loss of items not properly secured or previously damaged. Likewise, we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss caused by customer negligence.
Should damage occur due to the housekeeper’s negligence, please notify us immediately so we can address the situation.
In the spring and summer months, please ensure the air conditioning is set to no higher than 75°F on your cleaning day. Cleaning in extreme heat puts our team at risk of heat stroke. For move-out cleanings, ensure the air conditioning is turned on the night before.
Please ensure that electricity and water remain on until the day after your cleaning is completed. If utilities are off, and we need to reschedule, a $50.00 travel fee will be applied.
All furniture and trash should be removed before our team’s arrival. If the oven is in poor condition, pre-spraying it with Easy-Off the night before will improve the cleaning results.
Customers may not hire Love My Clean House LLC housekeepers directly. Any attempt to do so can result in a violation of our non-compete agreement, which is outlined below:
Collaboration is solely between Love My Clean House LLC and the homeowner.
For 5 years following the last service, customers are prohibited from hiring housekeepers directly unless an exit fee is paid.
If a customer wishes to hire a housekeeper directly after service ends, they must either seek written consent or pay the exit fee ($1,750.00 per housekeeper).
Failure to pay the exit fee may result in liquidated damages of $10,000.
Our housekeepers are professionals, but they are not miracle workers. Some areas may require multiple cleanings to reach optimal results. We will work with you to resolve issues in a cost-effective manner.
Only the Owner of Love My Clean House LLC can make binding representations or warranties. No other person, implied or expressed, can bind the company.
